TRANSMITTING DATA TO THE SURVIVING SEPSIS CAMPAIGN CENTRAL DATABASE
You may transmit data to the aggregate database located at the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM). This is optional and not a requirement. The purpose for transmission is to participate in the collection of data over time so that performance improvement can be measured across various regional areas.
Grant funding that supported benchmarking reports has been fully utilized however, SCCM may produce quarterly reports that could be useful for hospitals wishing to have the opportunity to view data from across the globe. To receive a report send an email to info@survivingsepsis.org. Note that this will be extraordinarily raw data not subject to statistical analysis and is only available to hospitals participating in the SSC. It is copyrighted and is not to be used for any other purpose than internal hospital performance improvement and education. Custom reports are available on a fee for service basis and are offered at a minimum cost. For an estimate, please indicate the data points you require in an email to info@survivingsepsis.org.
