NOTE: Please note that the SSC database should be installed in a location at the hospital where back-up of files can take place on a regular basis. Terminals or laptop computers with access to the main hospital computer system are ideal. If the data is not backed up and it is lost, SCCM does not have a mechanism to forward submitted data back to the user. Do not run the risk of losing all the hard work you have put into data collection - make sure you have back-up files.
